Order Placement:
Currently we are accepting payments via PayPal and the price is $249
Cancellations:
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product involving software we cannot accept any refunds/cancellations however we will gladly assist you with any technical issues that may arise in using the product and if needed will replace for a new one as stated below
Replacement:
Replacements are accepted only if arrived product/shipment delivered is damaged and you are strongly advised to reject the mail for a new replacement. We thoroughly test the products before being shipped and in any case if you are not able to use it we can send you a new VM with the hard disk for free but you would require bearing all the shipping costs involved (to and fro) and having the product return us back as new. We strongly encourage you to contact our support r12vision@diligentsolutions.net who would gladly be able to assist all the issues you have before requesting a replacement.
Shipping Policies:
We will use either USPS/UPS or FedEx carriers to ship and signature is required for the delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number once a shipping label is created by us within 3 business days upon successful payment confirmation. The shipping charges are estimated as $20 to ship with in U.S and $50 outside U.S for one item.
Liability:
Since the product being involves Software from Oracle all the terms and conditions from Oracle and Diligent Solutions are applicable and either Diligent Solutions or Oracle is not liable in any form that may arise. The software being shipped is a trail only license that means it is offered by oracle to try and cannot be used for a production or commercial purpose and its sole intent is to try the product and it cannot be distributed or exported outside North America. And any issues that may arise on your pc/latop is your responsbility as we suggest the minimum requirements to run Virtual machines since the performance results or any other issues arise on various factors of your pc/laptop.
Support:
Support is provided for initial setup and any issues that may arise during first 3 months from the date order is placed. Our support hours are from Mon - Fri 09.00AM EST thru 04.00PM EST. If our support team requires having a team viewer session you will be required to be available during the requested time and agree the terms
